Does the report certify a supplier?
No. The score prioritises further due diligence. Product conformity, laboratory testing, contracts, and legal advice remain separate professional steps.
When does the first report arrive?
Reports are normally published in Week 3. If your onboarding is completed after that month's research window, delivery moves to the following month.
Can I change my niche?
Yes. We confirm the scope before each research cycle so changes can be handled without mixing unrelated supplier categories.
How do cancellations and annual plans work?
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next renewal. Annual subscriptions cover the full prepaid year and stop renewing after cancellation; refund eligibility follows the published refund policy.
